Caffe Collegii

The Caffe Collegii in Virginia is a non-profit association of coffee professionals dedicated to improving the quality of coffee being served in homes and coffee shops throughout the world. We work to provide training for coffee professionals, and to make basic information on the art of brewing coffee available to the public.

We believe that as the public expectations for good coffee are increased, good coffee will become easier to find in restaurants, coffee shops, and homes. This will make the world a better place.

We hope to have organizational meeting in 1st or 2nd quarter 2011, If you are interested in being part of this initiative please send us an email (Paul@mahoganyroasters.com). We are in the process of compiling the work of the Collegii. We intend to shortly have further resources available to the professional and home coffee enthusiasts.
